Listening to Our Body

Do you listen to your body when you are tired so you get rest? Do you listen to your body when you need to move yourself out of laziness?

Often we don’t.

Sometimes we don’t listen to our body enough to notice it when it is talking to us. This lack of listening may be because we are distracted by other things. 

Today I invite you to listen to your body. What is it saying to you? Drink more water. Drink less alcohol. Don’t do drugs. Get more rest. Eat better food. Laugh more.
